Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Estate Planning Legal Assistant/Receptionist to work remotely and provide administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of estate planning matters, including preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
 - Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records
 - Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties, ensuring clear and timely communication and resolution of issues
 - Develop and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and projects
 - Utilize technology and software to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance client experience
 - Contribute to the development and implementation of internal processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with our mission and values
 - Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction and team performance
 
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in an estate planning law firm or related field
 - Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication
 - Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
 - Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
 - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with estate planning software and technology
 - Knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations
 - Certification in estate planning or a related field (e.g. Certified Estate Planner, Certified Trust and Estate Planner)
 - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 - Ability to speak multiple languages
