Job Summary

As an Entry Level Audit Associate, you'll play a critical role in our audit team, working on a variety of clients across different industries. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop your skills, and build a fulfilling career. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Attending client engagement meetings to determine timelines and goals of an audit
• Researching business trends within an industry to professionally represent a company and apply this knowledge to the client's solutions
• Preparing accounting-related reports through a paperless environment
• Providing financial analysis upon completion of fieldwork to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures
• Attending technical training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• A commitment to upholding the highest professional standards and maintaining strict client confidentiality

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working in an audit or accounting environment
• Familiarity with auditing software and technologies
• Relevant coursework or certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA)
