The Challenge

As an Email Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and quality responses to our customers' inquiries regarding their orders in our stores. You will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information, addressing complaints, and offering solutions within the company policy
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with the internal team to resolve customers' inquiries and complaints
  • Follow Established Guidelines and Procedures: Adhere to established guidelines and procedures for email handling

  • Customer Satisfaction Score: Maintain at least a 3.0 Customer Satisfaction Score
  • Email Handling: Work on at least 10 emails per hour
  • Work Schedule: Work for a minimum of 40 hours per week with adherence to assigned schedule

Your Team When You Join Us

As an Email Customer Service Agent, you will be reporting to one of our two Customer Service Team Leaders based in the Philippines. You will be working alongside team members of the Customer Service Team, mostly from the Philippines. Our Customer Service Team is responsible for providing timely and quality resolution to our customers' inquiries and complaints.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in eCommerce Industry: At least 2 months of experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically in the dropshipping business model
  • Previous Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Customer Service Software: Familiarity with Shopify and customer service software such as Gorgias or Zendesk
