Job Summary
As an EHR Software Trainer at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our EHR software. You'll work closely with our customers, providing training and support to help them master our software and optimize their clinical workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Training and Coaching: Train and coach employees on procedures related to the software via in-person, videoconference, and webinar sessions. Ensure that customers have a thorough understanding of our EHR software and can use it effectively.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our software applications through self-directed learning. Stay current with product updates and changes, and be able to provide expert guidance to customers.
