Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Input data into digital spreadsheets and/or databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
 - Data Verification and Update: Update existing records and verify entered data to ensure consistency and reliability.
 - Administrative Support: Assist administration in day-to-day tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
 - SAP Operations: Post inventories into SAP, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
 - Inventory Monitoring: Monitor Bill of Lading to ensure the timely receipt of required samples and correct tests, classifying batches to the proper quality status with guidance from production managers.
 - Materials Management: Manage materials extension requests and resolve BOM, recipe, and costing issues efficiently.
 - Financial Interface: Interface with finance and controlling departments to ensure accurate costing information and analyze materials to minimize cost variances.
 - Monthly Financial Reviews: Participate in monthly financial variance review meetings, presenting findings and recommendations.
 - Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data extractions/downloads from SAP, create reports using BW and Power BI, and build charts/graphs and KPIs for inventory analysis.
 - Data-Driven Decision Making: Present and interpret data to assist in data-driven decision making, contributing to the strategic growth of the company.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A foundational education that demonstrates your ability to learn and grow.
 - Microsoft Excel Experience: At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, showcasing your proficiency in data management and analysis.
 - SAP Experience: Experience with SAP is highly desirable, as it will enable you to hit the ground running in managing our inventory and costing information.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint would be a significant advantage, allowing you to effectively present data and insights to various stakeholders.
