As a remote Customer Service Clerk, you'll be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with our Service Center Manager and other stakeholders to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with all aspects of operations, including generating reports, managing data, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the Service Center Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services, products, and policies to effectively address customer needs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office software and other tools to perform tasks, manage data, and generate reports.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role; LTL company experience is desirable but not required.
