About the Team
The Final Dashination Customer Advocate team is dedicated to providing top-notch support to our Dashers, resolving complex issues, and improving the overall Dasher experience. As a Customer Advocate, you'll be the go-to expert for Dashers dealing with unprecedented issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify solutions, and driving process improvements. Your success will have a direct impact on Dasher satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support to Dashers, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Leverage various tools, escalation channels, and make empowered decisions to ensure a win-win situation for Dashers and DoorDash
- Own and manage issues from start to finish, making proactive calls, and following through on every case
- Collaborate with Dasher Experience and Support Operations Teams to provide consistent updates, feedback, and insights on Dasher concerns and product opportunities
- Develop and implement pilot programs to improve the Dasher experience, and work cross-functionally with partners to drive product, service, and process improvements
- Participate in new strategies, processes, and programs to increase Dasher retention, and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and best practices
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 6+ months of agent experience in 2 lines of business supporting Dashers
- A proven track record of being ranked in the top 10% of your current Line of Business
- Consistently achieving a QA score of 90% or better
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and de-escalate complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping Dashers succeed
- Self-motivation and a bias towards action, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, having experience in the Dasher LOB can be a significant plus. If you have a deep understanding of the Dasher ecosystem and have worked closely with Dashers in the past, we'd love to hear from you.
