Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at CVS Health. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with business partners to develop analytics strategies that drive business priorities, owning and managing analytics workstreams, and using advanced data analysis techniques to drive business insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities
The Full Stack Data Analyst will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to develop analytics strategies that drive business priorities, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and metric evaluation.
- Own and manage analytics workstreams, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products.
- Use advanced data analysis techniques, including algorithms and predictive models, to drive business insights and recommendations.
- Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve complex business problems using advanced statistical methods and mathematical analyses.
- Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to communicate analytics results and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Use robust programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant analytic experience, including experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Experience programming using R or Python, including experience with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Experience with SQL, including experience with database design, data modeling, and query optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur.
- Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages, including experience with big data platforms and data science frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple areas of mathematical analysis, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in one or more areas.
Education
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or PhD is preferred.
