Job Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for building analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces. You will answer key business questions and provide insightful expertise on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the use of analysis as a key revenue driver to increase recruits and business transformations across several recently expanded global tiering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble investigations, information representations, and multi-utilitarian detailing that offers basic help to the activities and decision-production for the sign-up and trade item spaces.
- Answer center business questions and give insightful skill on the different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to further develop the client experience and increment changes.
- Advance the logical capacities of the business, team up in the plan of symptomatic arrangements, and convey remarkable information bits of knowledge and items.
- Use information representation devices, SQL, and prearranging dialects to get to and examine organized and unstructured information.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analysis space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
- Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
- Experience delivering start-to-finish analysis projects: taking them from unknown requirements, to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present before senior management.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:
- A Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Demonstrated data perception abilities with devices with Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join funnel, and trade spaces.
- Ability to identify and appropriately call out issues to leadership.
- Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience.
- Strong motivation and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- A sense of humor.
