Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a high level of productivity, processing manual claims for third-party program prescription services, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Support inventory management activities, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications, and maintaining knowledge of company asset security procedures.
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances, and maintain displays, including promotional and seasonal displays.
- Provide customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo services, and assist with online order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours.
- PTCB certification (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Previous work experience with Walgreens.
- Strong numerical skills, including the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh prescriptions.
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with store inventory control systems.
- Knowledge of store stock control procedures.
- PTCB certification.
