Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone to file and document claims for accidents, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a smooth claims process.
  • Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements, communicating effectively with various stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
  • De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary, using logical problem-solving abilities and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An active Adjuster Insurance License, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in the insurance industry.
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a related field, to provide a strong foundation in handling customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, medical providers, and insurance entities.
  • Logical problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to de-escalate and resolve customer issues.
  • The ability to type at least 25 wpm and navigate Windows operating systems, demonstrating your technical skills and proficiency.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
