Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to leverage CRM software to track progress and manage customer interactions.
Duties
• Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and territory management.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
• Proven experience in inside and outside sales, with a strong background in B2B sales preferred.
• Familiarity with staffing sales
• Experience with account management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,740.07 per year
