Lead Product Designer (UX) - Remote Opportunity
Introduction to Target
As a Fortune 50 organization with over 350,000 colleagues worldwide, Target is a renowned brand and one of America's leading retailers. Our marketing experiences are crucial to the company's progress in helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. The marketing experience team is dedicated to creating and maintaining the internal systems that enable traders to fill the shelves and racks of every Target store with a collection of products that visitors love.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer (UX) to direct the development of new internal tools for marketing and business planning experiences. In this role, you will constantly engage with products, business teams, stakeholders, and customers to create experiences that drive the collaboration vital for Target's success. As part of the Marketing product team, you will have access to internal clients, close product partners, and dedicated engineering resources. You will have an impact as a member of an enthusiastic, supportive, and increasingly diverse group focused on elevating the enterprise tools that support Target's rapidly growing digital business.
