Live Chat Agent-WFH
                                We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our remote support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly in writing, and can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer concerns
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with teammates to improve customer support processes
• Uphold a positive and professional brand voice in all communications
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or call center preferred
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail
• Comfortable using live chat platforms, CRM tools, and basic office software
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access
