Amazon Advertising Specialist
U.S.-based e-commerce brand selling party supplies for 10+ years on Amazon.
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Advertising Specialist to join our small team. This is a full-time, salaried, remote (USA-based only) role where you’ll take ownership of our Amazon PPC strategy and directly impact sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
• Create, launch, and optimize Sponsored Product and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Monitor and improve ACOS/TACOS to meet company profitability targets
• Manage campaign structures, budgets, bids, and keywords
• Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research
• Support seasonal promotions (Prime Day, Black Friday, holidays)
• Make minor listing updates tied to ad performance
• Provide weekly reports and actionable insights directly to leadership
Qualifications
• 2+ years of Amazon Ads management experience (strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)
• Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan and Paid Time Off
• 100% remote role, U.S.-based only
