Conductor Power is looking for a highly organized and proactive Equipment Coordinator to support the movement, tracking, and documentation of equipment across our utility-scale solar project sites. This role is essential in ensuring that company-owned and rented assets are accurately tracked, safely mobilized, and well-documented from project start to closeout.
As part of the Fleet & Equipment team, you’ll collaborate with field crews, vendors, and procurement to make sure the right equipment is in the right place—on time and in compliance.
In This Role, You Will:
- Maintain accurate records of company-owned and rented equipment using internal tracking systems
 - Coordinate equipment mobilization, demobilization, and site transfers across multiple projects
 - Dispatch drivers, mechanics, and deliveries to field sites in coordination with project schedules
 - Track usage hours, service intervals, inspections, and maintenance timelines for all assets
 - Ensure all equipment is tagged, registered, and compliant with DOT, OSHA, and internal standards
 - Work with procurement to source rental equipment, confirm pricing, and manage vendor relationships
 - Organize and maintain documentation, including rental agreements, service logs, inspections, and warranties
 - Assist with fuel reporting, GPS/telematics data, and theft prevention monitoring
 - Support new asset onboarding, including registration, labeling, and system entry
 - Communicate daily with field superintendents and site leads to understand and fulfill equipment needs
 
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in equipment tracking, logistics coordination, or fleet management
 - Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
 - Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and construction equipment compliance standards
 - Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple active project sites
 - Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, maintenance logs, and service reports
 - Comfort using inventory systems, spreadsheets, GPS/telematics platforms, and vendor portals

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or vocational training preferred.
 - 2+ years of experience in fleet, logistics, equipment coordination, or construction operations support.
 - Experience in the solar, construction, or heavy equipment industries strongly preferred.
 - OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus.
 - Valid driver’s license required; CDL or MVR-clearance eligibility preferred.
 
The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
