The Role:
You’re the first and lasting impression. You set the tone, read the room, and bring warmth and energy without ever being performative. This is a people-first role for someone who moves with intention, leads with empathy, and knows that great service isn’t about perfection—it’s about care.
This is more than taking orders or dropping checks. You’ll be an active steward of the BlockParty experience—welcoming guests into a space that feels thoughtful, inspired, and human.
What You’ll Do
Greet guests with presence, warmth, and awareness
Guide the guest experience from entry to departure
Maintain flow and vibe during service; anticipate guest needs
Collaborate with hosts, servers, kitchen, and bar to ensure seamless service
Support private events, pop-ups, and offsite activations as needed
Keep the space tidy, intentional, and guest-ready at all times
Share knowledge of menu items, specials, and culinary storytelling
Represent BlockParty’s values and voice—on and off the floor
