This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and effective support for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee contract administration processes.
- Conduct and manage background checks for new hires and existing self-employed consultants.
- Maintain and organize the archive systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Provide support during onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth integration for new team members.
- Create and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Fluent in Google Sheet/ Excel
